When i read that China was going to restrict exports of Graphite from Dec this year I did wonder at what point would they start restricting all critical minerals, not to hold the World back, but to keep for their own internal use. The rise of the EV alone which China will pump out in the Millions would mean that at some point they have to look at their own future needs, once the life of a battery has ended then the recovery of these critical minerals will be paramount
