Itochu 40% Dilution, page-14

My understanding is the Itochu DSR scheme can be scrapped if it is considered not in AGS share holders interest. The deal is obviously still alive. I dont think any thing will be announced till after the valuation is complete. I dont think it is a bluff but It isnt a certainty either. The only way it can be in shareholders interest that I can see is if it is part of a plan to transfer ownership of ACE to Itochu. We let them have 40% at a discount so it makes it expensive for Heathgate to match the offer.
