    I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised with the sale price, but am worried you're spot on. The current share price indicates many other people agree with your prediction too. My sentiment is still ticked to "buy" based on my estimated value of the resource and what should happen regarding the sale, and doesn't take into the chance that we may all be screwed over.
