Do you know what the "Except in limited circumstances" refers to? Both the one you have circled and perhaps more importantly the one above say it. The one above seems to say in these limited circumstances AGS can decide to block the deferred share rights from being transferred. I think the key is figuring out what the limited circumstances actually are.
