Itochu 40% Dilution, page-8

Would have thought at least if the Itochu deal is effectively being priced up as we speak why has there been no official announcement from management in regards to this matter coming into play as at beginning of this month. We all on HC know the terms set in 2012 but does anybody else as Management have said nothing to the market that I am aware of.......
