It is the Polo stake. Polo announced the possibility of a special dividend to share holders last week, depending on the outcome of some divestiture activity. The Polo sp was 3.75p; and the special div of 3p.
There has been no further announcement from Polo as yet. Polo has been wanting to get out of uranium for some time, and concentrate on their coal interests.
Interesting that Datells (?) does not see significant revaluation of uranium stocks in the short / medium term.
The current transaction may point to a T/O valuation (if it were to happen), much lower than we are all hoping for.
