Keep in mind that Itochu are not in EXT for a quick buck IMO and are not in it to sell to another entity in a takeover.
They are in it for future secrity of supply therefore the share price to them wouldn't matter in the slightest.
I can't see how they will be interested in seeing shareholder value increase. Keep an eye on the register though because if Itochu do decide to keep on buying on market then EXT's share price will get a healthy boost through speculation of a takeover by Itochu.
