    Is CSD obliged to make an announcement to the market if there are any changes made to the original mou's dated July 2014?

    From my understanding MOU's may only be amended by agreement in writing between the Parties but not otherwise.
    If this were the case should the market be informed before they are signed and the EGM date is announced.
