I don't see this will be a problem for LME tin prices: The prices while YTC was off between the 31st of Aug and 9th of October seem to me to quite flat.

Assuming YTC was producing at its capacity before the maintenance period, the LME has shown quite constant inventories of around 2,000 tons since 2nd qtr this year.

If there is a truly impact the LME inventories should have decreased during this period, but as per the graph below, I conclude there was no effect. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
