Plus, the options that are granted to the instos which I think is causing a lot of confusion have a strike price of a 30% premium to ACL oncology's 60 day volume weighted price post listing, exerciseable within the longer of 3 years post IPO or 6 months post the announcement of the Phase III trial results (but no longer than 5 years post IPO). Non transferrable.
These arent "free shares" given to the instos. if they exercise they need to give the cash to ACL oncology.
