Its simple really, the money should have been raised at .53 cents. Not .24 cents. This cost shareholders dearly.
the money could have also been raised at .60 cents too.
Your holdings have just been diluted.
Our trials should have been well underway long ago.
So you have lost further money with opportunity cost and money wasted sitting around doing nothing.
