I can assure you that they are not good at all.
I dont want to elaborate about my position there however you can take it from me that in my opinion they need to sharpen up on their people skills and cut out the long lunches and perhaps drink less wine.....get my drift..
Less visits to some of the local strip clubs when they are in town and perhaps concentrate on their loan book which is constantly being churned by some brokers.I would suggest the brokers represent the tail wagging the dog in this instance as they seem to call the shots in more ways than one.

I have more ....very juicy stuff but I wont go into it today...its very hot and i need to take a dip in the pool.
