It's easier to cut costs interim, sustained reductions are another matter.
At what cost are the costs cut? Guarantee he's sliced and diced maintenance
costs and slashed any Contractor rates, and I'll guarantee it bites PDN on the
ar$e at a later date. I've seen it and been it and it's all false economics.
At some stage, someone will pay the true cost of operating. Us, no doubt.
