    Great, if there is plenty of gas then market forces dictate that Metgasco will have to sell it cheaper to the NR community, who are currently paying in excess of $35/GJ for cylindered gas. Maybe that will enable the meatworks and dairy to stay open, preserving local jobs?

    You will also note that AGL are searching for CSG in a vastly different area, geologically, to the Casino area - the area where Metgasco are planning on sinking a conventional gas well (not a mine as you emotively put it)
