    I am not ramping this. But the SPP is in my view just a way for management to create a little bit more value for those who missed out on the last SPP, which was over subbed by 39mil. Funding is in place for its Argyle project and its on target to meet over 10% of Queenslands energy needs by 2007/08 with alot of reserves in place to aggressively go after new contracts.
    This is a great story and its cheap.
