If you're stuck on using a PE, then OEL's should be around 2 to 3 given the risks of a relatively small sole producing asset.
However when they drill Cinco, the PE could rise to 8 to 10.
Nothing to do with earnings of course.
Have to agree with Dargie, PE valuation really quite useless in valuing junior oilers.
