If that is the scenario, RIO had better watch their back for 'kniving' Chinalco in the previous deal! These sovereign have long memory. There are other U miners beside RIO like Areva who are equally capable to do mining/contract work with downstream advantage of offering to provide Nuclear reactor technology.
It is never over until it is over. All eyes on RIO and see what they do with their holding.
