Extract has an approved mining license for a subset of it's exploration licenses.
It also holds interests in North River, etc.
I wonder whether the Directors would be interested in selling the Mining license territory for the $8.65 price, and keep the remaining exploration areas - which already have some uranium discovery.
Viewed from a Rio and CGNPC perspective, the current prize is within the ML, although I am not sure what lever Extract has with them to avoid complete takeover.
