Is it just me or is the company turning into a bit of a joke?
I had high hopes for the platinum market and this company in particular looked to have everything in place. Granted, that in the last couple of years everything that could go wrong has gone wrong but they seem to be abject failures at handling operational problems, managing the issues from ivory towers, a long way from their operations.
I can’t believe the MD is on such an astronomical salary for what he delivers....something needs to change, sooner rather than later.
I understand that it is up to the chairman to instigate changes to the senior executive team – maybe he should be pressed on the matter by PI’s getting in touch with him?
