Fastbuck, the original BFS has been completed, but you will note that they have now substantially increased the underground resources, and so they do need to re-configure the overall development to accomodate the increased mining and processing of the underground ore - you will note that the original announcements referred to a base case that didn't include underground etc, and the recent u/g resource announcement 19th feb 2009 made the comment: "Underground mining study, near completion, based on Indicated category of 2.0 million tonnes at 6.7 g/t gold (60 percent of underground Resource)". I suggest that they have an intention to re-jig the overall development to incorporate the results of that study into a new revised BFS - it shouldn't be a long time-consuming process, but its important to have it as part of the overall development up front, and it surely will benefit them with seeking project funding (debt, not equity).
