138 million shares @ 13 cents each , equals 19 million market cap .How bizare , didn't they raise more money than that to finance going into production .It's not on the shorters list , but it doesn't seen to have a bottom.Well lets see if we can get the price down a bit further then i'll sell everything else & go long QOL .
