I don't agree. This mill will be huge. No one is prepared to do a scale model, all we get is neat artists impressions. It will smell and it will pollute. Even with a much upgraded east Tamar Hwy it will struggle to cope with a log truck every 90seconds (Gunns stats). As for plantation timber only, what happens when the current supply of plantation timber is used up because no one will replant it without the MIS tax dodges to subsidise their investment.
