The last I heard from Phil (can't remember if it was directly or via someone else) Li contracts were to be negotiated 'later this year'. Also Phil mentioned a while ago that the Li project is completely separate from the Fe side and would be fully debt funded, and that he expected to have the entire debt paid off within 18 months of full production commencing which sounded pretty impressive. No need for share issues.
