aposteriori - The agreement with Xstrata isn't for the whole Roseby project. It is only for specific deposits, the main one being little eva.
There are JORC compliant deposits outside of the Agreement as well as 100's sq kms worth of under/unexplored tenaments within the rosbey project.
The wording of the agreement is quite clear in that regard, hence why Xstrata were firstly attempting to negotiate for the whole project. Altona is clearly in the driving seat but Xstrata are very much the noisy back seat driver
