    Hi BM

    Just to clarify on the Talbot sale to Hanlong. I can assure you that it was done for no other reason than the family/children needed to liquidate their father's assets in order to split the proceeds.

    Without going into details, they would not have had any idea who or what Hanlong was.

    Sadly, where we are now owes much to that sale
