    Well it is a yes from me.

    People are starting to get way too greedy. if there was a better offer/jv on the table, it would have been taken. Obviously there wasn't. I would much rather the 57 cents than the stock crashing to the mid 20's, which undoubtedly it would do if the offer is withdrawn.

    I bought in at .345 so im good with that in this market climate.
