    So are they proping up the usd or are they protecting eurodollars,if the usd is toast then the eurodollars need to find a home and we aren't talking chump change here so where is it going, were will it be safe,where can it be distributed with out causing a bubble or is it a case of where ever it ends up will be the safe place.
