It would be interesting to know how they get a delivery efficiency of above 100%?? Based on the comparison to TAT they seem to be indicating 60 times more effective there, not sure if its that simple though. I guess none of it matters if we dont get a deal.
I guess it goes to prove one thing in that endosomal escape was not the big game changer and it appears we are not doing something ground breaking as others are doing it and demonstrating it. My hope is at least with recent progress and demonstrations with Cre maybe we will be able to get a place at the table if we can produce some polished and impressive data that compares favorably to what these other companies are doing.
