As most would have noticed, plat price is still rising to

over $1200/OZ. The price certainly reminds me that Tony was

(supposedly) looking at a figure of $85 mill last year.

Low and behold HE agrees with his mate and fellow director

Landau that $60 mill is enough for us !

I guess that TS is not motivated to fight for S/H value as

he does not hold much stock (unlike his holding in CFE),

there is really not much in it for him and all his top 20

mates.

I am starting to feel the pain from being shafted in the

wrong part of my anatomy.

I also see that quite possibly SelfSell and others did

get it all right in their past comments on what is going

on here and the lack of duty of care to share-holders and

their character observations.

Well ..... we S/H's can always vote no to the $60mill and

ask for a revised valuation and bid... as, the company does

belong to all of US not TS !!!!!


A fairer price of 55-60c would be acceptable.


..... You never know what can/will prevail.
