Bought into AFL today as I honestly believe it is a hidden gem and highly undervalued.
Reasons WHY I bought into this one today and WHY I think it is extremely UNDERVALUED-
* Own about 43% of BXP (how many people know that - not many I'm guessing) which is a great growing business in itself and their stake is currently capitalized at around $43mil just for their stake in BXP.
* AFL's current market cap is around $38mil which is way below what their investment in BXP is worth, let alone everything else they own.
* They are currently profitable earning over $2mil NPAT last financial year.
* They currently are paying a 2c divy unfranked.
* They have just bought a very nice big business in Canada which is highly profitable and will add to their growing business.
* They have just bought apparantly a world market leading technology which they plan to roll-out across all bill paying solutions that BXP have. This will lead to substantial growth as well I believe.
* As BXP grows, obviously so will AFL as they own 43% and the way BXP are going, they look like becoming a biggie.
* AFL is near it's 52 week low of 60c but nowhere near it's 52 week high of $1.40 - plenty of room to move!!!
Anyhow - AFL is 1 of 2 extremely undervalued stocks I bought today, the other one I will post after I finish this one. By the way, anyone else a BIG fan of AFL?
