ok.. now so let's just imagine that this Malaka guy was in fact the true owner of the lease and was not in a position to transfer to RRA... 2 major points concern me more than anything.
1. He has admitted in court to fraudulently transferring the license from RRA to MLS which was still in his name. So the judge is effectively awarding title to a guy who admits he was scamming MLS.
2. The clincher.. If this is the case, did not the lease expire anyway. As such this Malaka has done absolutely no exploration or development of the land whatsoever over the course of the lease. As it is an expired lease, do not the Ministry of Mines have power to award the lease to whom ever they see fit?
