I think the best thing the company could do is to reach some sort of out of court settlement with the Vendor. The vendor cannot have the EPL's transferred back to his name while an appeal is pending. There is some possibility MLS could win the appeal, so an out of court settlement that is a win/win for both parties should be negotiated.. MLS keeps the permits and the vendor get cash and some shares in MLS and further costly legal action can be avoided and we can all make some money.
