Spot on Stake. Agree wholeheartedly. This was never an investment stock but a good punt at best. I mentioned this on a couple of occasions in old posts and I too was astounded with the euphoria of expectation particularly leading up to and during the hearing. Sure it is disappointing but at the end of the day, I only invested on what I was prepared to lose. What you lose on one you make up on another. But all said and done, all is not necessarily lost. I will be keen to consider the judgment once it is published on the court website and that way we as shareholders will have a lot more to go on in considering the merits of appeal. This is preferable than having to take on face value as a shareholder the customary phrase so often bandied about in legal circles that a case has "good prospects of success".
