I'm considering buying a few shares in CXY, but would like to hear your response to a few questions I have.

Why hasn’t Cougar been running a pilot program over these last few years while they prove up their resource?

If Len knows so much about UCG, why can’t he do it himself?

What are the details of the technology deal with Ergo Exergy, i.e how much are you going to be paying for it?

Where has Ergo’s technology been “commercially proven” like is often said on this forum?

Who and how many people have been working on Cougar’s EIS and for how long? What are their qualifications and where are they getting their data from concerning the protection of the environment and water table specifically at the Kingaroy site. Also how many millions of dollars will an EIS cost to produce for a new coal mine using unproven technology, how long will this take?

I know you would have already asked these question to the management at Cougar and would appreciate if you could relay there responce.
