Thats called collusion with another party isn't it, not sure ASIC or the ASX would take to kindly to that and in this case with many letters going to ASIC earlier regarding the handling by management of Atlas Iron then they other side would have to be either very stupid or think ASIC would not be watching everything being done, especially after we have had a previous failed takeover by Min Resources, but as we all know everything that is discussed behind boardroom doors is always above board because ASIC would be right onto it otherwise just look at the Royal Commission into the Banking sector we were all told nothing needed to be looked into and they had nothing to answer for, even our Treasurer Mr Scott Morrison told the Australian public and investor's the banks were clean (how right he was) so based on that and how diligently the BOD have worked for all of us throughout this ordeal then we can all be assured nothing like that would be happening, but maybe I am totally wrong and certainly would be happy to be proved wrong.
