Min Res. did a deal with Hexagon resources graphite play a while ago and announced commencement of the DFS. Perhaps this was the reason.

Min Res. managed to screw 51% ownership of the McIntosh Graphite project from HXG, to take it to production within 3 years, with them dictating terms it seems.
It seemed that HXG didn't have the intestinal fortitude or capitol to do it themselves.
Being a holder of HXG I am pretty disappointed with the outcome for this potentially huge prospect in the Kimberly...,
HXG share price since has gone south.

Time will tell I guess.
