The 2.81b AGO shares (29.2%) that have been bought on-market were generally at 4.25cps or higher.
HPPL can only buy at 4.2cps and not any higher!!!

By taking the total number of shares traded for the said period and subtracting the number of shares HPPL have acquired on-market for that same said period you have the number of shares that were bought by speculators/traders/investors/institutions/funds/retail/bots trading/etc.
Maybe some sold at a loss once they realised that FMG wasn't going to bid.
Who knows.
