AGO can survive for far longer than Gina and Twiggy can leave things unfinished. One or both of them need to either complete the takeover in about 4 months or state they aren't going to seek full takeover and announce that AGO will be run by a board agreed by themselves and shareholders. Meaning that it will be a JV between them and shareholders which is what I want.
