I wrote an email to [email protected] asking the circumstances surrounding the No Vote List and whether members were still contributing.

This is the return email,

Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your correspondence relating to our members voting, yes we still have shareholders joining up, at this present time the Ago United Groups voting are listed on our No Vote List, we also have 4 - 5 substantial holders of the top 20 who are not on that list, those not included have asked for anonymity and as such we must adhere to their requests for confidentiality reasons, at our last count members voting power totalled between 10 to 12% of the total voting, this does not include any other shareholders who have not listed on the No Vote List as yet but still hold to vote no.

Furthermore our core group have been busy contacting and sending out letters and emails to other suitors who may be interested in the potential prospect of acquiring Atlas those have included some of the big names that have shown interest thus far, our work will continue in our efforts to get the best possible outcome for all shareholders and as such people can still put their votes in to our No Vote List, the reasons for shareholders to do this is that if we are contacted by one of the likely candidates and our members agree then we can put forward correspondence on behalf of the Ago United Group to that effect to inform them of our members voting intentions and power as a group.
