It's a waiting game, page-84

Atlas has more than reached my goals, I have off loaded two thirds and will off load the rest once the closing date is in sight . Without a buyer it becomes a high risk/reward play and I don't want to take the risk although I wish all those that hang on the best of luck. I have rules and went beyond them a little with this one and got lucky, I don't wish to test my luck. I do hope for a better offer but it needs to be soon.
