Sorry usp I am wrong here. They DO have Australian Sandalwood assets purchased off Rewards. I would need to know age of the plantation as it is 5 years to nut production. I would need to know plantation design as many of the earlier plantations planted rows so close they are not amenable to machine harvesting since they were just focussed on timber opportunities. I may follow this one up for my own curiosity as well with a call to management. Will let you know how I go ... Cheers
With nuts currently fetching anywhere from $45-60/kg the gross margins out of broadacre land assets are highly attractive. This will be my first year of nut sales out of 5 year old plantings.
