Bypass is a term conventionally used to mean coronary artery bypass grafting, where cardiocel has no real application.
I well understand the mechanics of on pump and off pump structural heart and vascular repair procedures. Still stands to reason that the true growth oppourtunity is outside the cardiac surgery market
