CABG is definitely a planned use for cardiocel.
It is set out in the Last AGM presentation for FDA filing in 2018.
In this case a piece of cardiocel is folded over and stitched to form a tube or vessel which is then used rather than a piece of the patients own vein, usually taken from the leg.
The equipment to make these vessels and the use of bovine pericardium in CABG is well documented. Its nothing difficult or tricky to do and the manufacture of the vessels can be done at the Malaga site.
Another perfect and valuable market for cardiocel.
