    Is NWE legally ABLE to make an announcement that links TYPICAL horizontal frac results when compared to vertical results?

    Or does this sort of ann require a consultant investigation or independent auditor etc?

    Besides the my postulation of being too deep into a detailed process to provide simple summaries, perhaps there's a legal reason why management haven't made this sort of statement?
