The market spoke today and it just wasn't excited by today's announcement.
What unexcited me about todays ann was,
"flow rates are likely to increase."
For my hard earned I'm looking for a bit more than likely. Likely to be red or black. That's what I get at the casino. I don't want it from a security I'm investing in.

which is an encouraging sign.
So it's encouraging but it's not a wonderful or great sign. It's not even a good sign. It's just encouraging.
And
This rate is expected.
As we've all seen with FA expectations, many times those expectations are shattered upon the shoals of desolation.
I was expecting to see more encouraging information on the likely hood of positive news released.
Perhaps we can expect the next announcement to be more encouraging with the market likely having a better response to it than this time. imo.
