well u can never make everyone happy. I see that when a company does a placement people complain that the small investors are not looked after. if they do a rights people say they should have done a placement.

i am not saying to anyone particular and it is true that 3 months before if they did a cap raising they would have got a much better deal. But then no one would have predicted the downturn in Uranium and the management wanted to upgrade the resources but for some reason they were not able to do that.

I thing MTN had a bit of bad luck and bad timing as far as this cap raising go. You cannot say a decision was wrong after you have the outcome, that wouldnt be fair. If the price of U would have been $200 and MTN $10 would you still be saying that MTN management was wrong to not raise cap at $6
