I think the FORUM actually can choose to have their principle OR convert to up to 40% of equity. So I think I am wrong to say they can do both.

But you can see they can do whatever is best for them.

And the fact that they get 15% a year interest for four years makes them a no lose BIG BIG BIG win possible scenario.

Shareholders are in a win or BIG BIG BIG lose scenario.

What concerns me is NO BANK in Japan was willing to give decent terms. This tells you a LOT about the way banks are operating right now.
