    If there were scrip involved from FMG I think I would need at least 2FMG for 1 UMC, You could accept the offer and by the time they are alloted could be half the value. Valin Could quite easily manipulate stock price to get it over the line.

    Maybe they might take a leaf out of Wesfarmers and offer Partially Protected Shares. LOL.........

    Give the directors some credit. Its all good IMO
