I believe we would have at least one directors vote as "No
as Craigy I believe needs at least $1.75. Last count I have him owning only 30K shares.

How does the directors oppies work, do they have to exercise or do they just rank with other shares and basically a windfall for these guys.

My fair value on Railway and Railway alone is at least $3.00.

As for Takeover WA I am a simple simon, I still dont believe it. If I see article in Financial review tomorrow about the hits and possble takeover rumours then maybe I just might start believing.

Perhaps UBS was appointed to negotiate a sale to BHP once visuals sighted or part of there overall sale of our tenements with the BHP RIO strategic partnership/takeover.
