Kos has achieved some milestones(shareholders still to see the fruits and may be because of perception), the question is whether he can take esi to the next level. At what stage did wec go to that next level, is our management capable? Esi has a good technology, is that why they have asked him to talk or because they rate Kos highly? Guess we will find out soon enough.

bbj keeps harping on about directors having shares, I agree with him. While not having skin in the game isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you are a true believer and believe in the potential surely you would have a significant holding? I think this is especially important in small caps and sends a message to the market.
